MWAMBU: CULTIVATE UNITY FOR DEVELOPMENT

Beware, political bickering and incitement breeds underdevelopment.
These were the words of Bumula MP Hon. Mwambu Mabongah when he fellowshipped at the Mayanja Catholic Church and Kimwanga Catholic Church.
He challenged the congregants to embrace love and dialogue in the day to day activities and engagements so as to realize God's promise for the region.

Speaking at the two churches,Hon. Mabongah further discouraged political bickering and theatrics that may deny the populace opportunities to grow. He highlighted an example of such opportunities as the Sub County hospital set to be put up at Kimwanga whose foundation stone laying ceremony earlier scheduled by the Deputy President William Ruto was called off due to incitement.

"We are one people. We were born and raised in this region. God had a purpose for this coincidence. As humans;leaders and citizens,we have no option but to love each other and harness our potential and grow.
In my development blueprint, I want everybody on board. I want every area to have a flagship project under my watch. That is why I intend to put up a Level 4 hospital here in West Bukusu ward. And healthcare is fundamental in any development spiral.
Join me in quashing political bickering and incitement so that you benefit.
A leader that incites you against the hospital is assured of quality healthcare from private hospitals. You hold your own fate," the MP said.

At Mayanja, the MP gave a love offering to each prayer group and pledged Sand, stones and cement for church construction.
His fellowship at Kimwanga Catholic Church climaxed in his contribution of a love offering to each prayer group and  payment of fees for Sandra of Carmel View academy.
